Muffler exchange 05 - 04

Just bought new 05 mufflers and hook em up in my 04 ... Sounded and rode better, feels stronger and much tighter or maybe it's just a play in my head ... BUT I found little difference in the engine idling speed or don't know what ... Does anyone has any ideas about it ... Or
Anyone can suggest me ... ???
WHAT and HOW to do it ... ???
