Opinions needed (Puig windscreen and Mirror Block offs)

Fellas, can you please take a quick look at the photos and let me know if this is the way mirror block offs are supposed to fit. I got these for $20 at Cycle Gear but if they aren't supposed to look like this I will take them back.

also the Puig windscreen doesn't quite line up on both sides, is this normal for
after market windscreens ?

just in case my bike is an 07 R1.
