Exhaust question

Hi all,

Haven't been on here for some time but the ol girls is out of the garage and back on the road/track.

I have purchased one of the short delkavic slip-ons and want to know if I can just chuck it on and ride or does it have to be tuned?

I know tuning is the best option but in Perth Western Australia it is very expensive. If I don't tune it what are the possible negative effects?

Any advice would be appreciated.
