It started about a year ago, It was shutting off while riding. One day the bike just wouldn't start. I didn't have the time or the money to fix it. Fast forward 2 months ago, I am all set to work on it. I try the key..... dead battery. Ok no big deal. Bought a new battery. When I went to install it (with NO key in the ignition) the gauge cluster lights up and cycles through. I just took the battery out and closed the door :shake.

So I gave the bike over to a reputable service place(suppose to be). They had the bike a month and a half and charged me $750. They thought it was the ignition switch. They got one and put it in and no go. They then tried the fuel pump relay. The bike runs and they say its fixed. Pick it up and the engine light is still on. The mechanic tells me it needs to be cycled through a few times as he couldn't get the light to go off. Ok i'm no motorcycle mechanic but that sounded a little strange to me. I was so happy to have the bike running I didn't care. The next morning I go to start it up. I wait for the regular start up cycle. And the pump keeps running.

I have tested the fuel pump relay and I'm getting 12.30 out of the blue and white wire. Tested it at the ECU same voltage. Where do I go from here? What wire goes from the ECU to the fuel pump?

Its a 2010
