2013 YZF R1 price range when buying

I'm looking into buying a 2013 YZF R1 and I'm trying to find out what the expected price range should be for me to pay.

The MSRP is about 14,290 and I found some dealers that are selling it for about 12,280. I can't find the invoice price anywhere online, so I was wondering what a reasonable low price would be?

Any ideas or suggestions would be highly appreciated!
