WTF did this bolt go?!

Alright, despite my frequent walkarounds and bolt checking, I came up with a missing bolt and apparently my local stealership is not comfortable enough reading a schematic to say "yeah, you need to order part XYZ-31".

If I post a photo is there a body out there that can tell me what the OEM part number would be so I can order this thing online? (And btw, I don't have a decent junkyard around here to just go unscrew the damn thing for a quarter lol)
