Which mirror block off plates and bar end mirrors?

Hello guys and gals

I want to remove the mirrors on my 07. They are not practical or functional for me.

I was thinking of getting these

Any issues with them?

I also looked at the $50+ plates... and they may have been slimmer but I can't understand the reason for the price premium.

Also, can anyone recommend a bar end mirror or pair of them for under $60 from personal experience?
