Informative literature

I know there are references to good literature spread throughout the many threads, but I thought it'd be a good idea to have a specific thread for it.

Anything on the topics of survival, tactical scenarios, crop harvesting, navigation, edible plants, medical etc etc.

Knowledge is power and you won't always have the interwebs to rely on.
