For those unfamiliar to Michigan, we have two seasons. Winter and construction. While some makes the twisties and basic roadways better/smoother, others blow my mind!
What does the practice of spraying hot tar and a THICK layer of pea gravel do??? Besides make stone chips in my car, feels like ice under the bike, and drive WORSE than a gravel road???? Why pave the road, then cover it with loose stone ( a hell of a lot of it!)
I hate construction... on a side note the Bob and Tom "orange barrels" song comes to mind and eases my pain...
