Cat and Exup Removal??

Hey everyone..I have an 07 R1 and i wanted to remove my cat and exup valve...I was thinking about ordering an an akra Y pipe..I know this will eliminate my cat but will it also eliminate my exup?? or do you need the full system for this? Dont really want to spend all that dough on a full system.I have a race baffle kit in my stock cans.Can anyone help me out with this?
