Obviously used,the stainless is stained but the carbon fiber is in good shape.Comes with what you see,the pipe clamps are 1 year old I had to replace the ones that were on the bike when I bought it.
Pipes sound great,I actually like the sound of them better than the Akra's I just bought...:lol
