Need pricing advice on a 2001 champions edition

I came across this ad on craigslist, http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/4204383533.html ,it is local for me and I'm checking it out on Friday, does this price seem high, it has lots of upgrades but those don't always justify paying more. Any help would be appreciated.
