What to do with wrecked 2000 R1?

Hey guys, I have a 2000 R1 that was wrecked and I'm trying to get some opinions on what to do with it. I bought it in October 2012 with 2999 miles on it and a clean title. Put like 600 miles on it then bought a 2006 Raven R1. I sold the 2000 to my brother and he put about 3000 miles on it. The bike is now wrecked but still has a clean title.

I just bought a house and don't have time to fix the bike myself so I'm trying to get rid of it (and my 06 Raven with 6,000 miles). If I want to get rid of it quick and easy but still get a decent amount of money for it what should I do? Part it out or sell as is?

I don't think the damage really terrible but I'll post some pics to see what you guys think. There are some nice parts on the bike:
Race Tech front suspension
Woodcraft clip ons and rearsets
Jardine RT One carbon fiber exhaust (can is in perfect condition but pipe is dented from swingarm hitting it)
Penske rear shock
Ohlins steering stabilizer
plus some other things that I can't remember right now

Pretty sure the gas tank is undamaged
Frame and forks look ok to me
I think the front and maybe the back wheel has a slight bend
Subframe looks ok
Fairing stay is obviously bad but have a brand new one not on the bike
Bike sat for 3 weeks so it won't start now but I'm sure if I hook it up to a charger it'll run perfect just like it did before the wreck
