Auto tune problem

Been looking around the site and it looks like people have been having the same problem but their fix does not fix mine. I have checked power and ground for the auto tune. Ground was first problem with .12ohms now .01 which is y I was only seeing 1 device on the power commander program. Now I am seeing the Pcv and wideband and getting an afr but it is not showing auto tune running. I have configured it by going to power commander tools and then to the other windows but still nothing I let the bike run for 3 min. Power light on the autotune is on solid. Any ideas?
